The blueprint for this item can be scanned at the Omega Lab, Outpost Zero and Phi Robotics Center. If charging 2 cells at once, this power requirement doubles. It takes 6 minutes and 40 seconds to recharge a fully depleted Power Cell or Ion Power Cell (200 energy or 1000 energy respectively) this works out to 30 or 150 energy (or 15% power) per minute for a single Cell. The Power Cell Charger uses Energy from the Seabase it is attached to recharge the Power Cells that are placed in it. The Tether Tool will always teleport the player to the oldest powered Teleportation. This will only function if the Teleportation Module has power. To teleport into the Seatruck, press RMB while holding the Tether Tool. Said Tether spawns inside the module once built. It features a display that shows the charge percentage of each Power Cell placed in it. The Seatruck Teleportation Module is a Seatruck module that allows the player to teleport to the Seatruck using a Tether Tool. It can hold (and charge) up to two Power Cells at a time. The Power Cell Charger acts similarly to the Battery Charger, but charges Power Cells and Ion Power Cells. When interacted with, it flips open to reveal two slots in which to place Power Cells. The Power Cell Charger has the appearance of two Power Cell shaped capsule sides. The Power Cell Charger is an Appliance that can be built using the Habitat Builder and built in a Seabase.
